Saying good bye in Washington

This is it Ladies and Gents
*cue Final Countdown music*
I'm most likely not going to be allowed on the computer come tomorrow. I had a whole lot of fun this week, kind of my 'last hurrah'. Though my Dad made the comment I had been thinking: It's not like I'm dying! I'm just going away for a year and a half! Eighteen months, is all. Think about it, doesn't time like that just fly?
It was fun going out to eat with my friends, running errands, hanging out with my Mom and Sister-in-law, I went to a quaint Bavarian town called Leavenworth and then also went to a shooting range for the first time. Fired a 45 pistol, my Dad said I'm a natural. Apparently getting all shots on the paper at 18-20 yards no matter how scattered is a good thing. :3 I want to go shooting again when I get back!
So yeah... I thought I'd have some better parting words, but not so much.
*salutes*

El Posto Numoro Uno
Yeah. I don't know Spanish yet, haha!
The purpose of this post is to to both get something up to see how it looks and to also give a kind of base-line update.
I have two weeks until I'm set apart as a Missionary and set out on a road trip with my parents down to Utah and the Missionary Training Center in Utah. Because I'm learning Spanish I will be in the MTC for eight weeks, then it's off to Houston Texas to begin the active part of my mission that will last for sixteen months. I get a year and a half to serve the people in my mission and it is going to be a blast. With challenges, yeah, but it will be worth it for sure.
While I'm on my mission I'll be emailing weekly updates to my parents, and I'll need to show at least one of them how this blog thing works so they can post my emails here for me. I will love every letter sent to me and I will reply, but my main focus shall be service so not a massive amount of time dedicated for writing of letters and such.
That should do it for now!
See ya next post!
